WHEREAS, presbyterian Homes, Inc,

Cumberland county, Pennsylvania Is about to enter Into a contract with R. 5, Mowery
& Sons, Inc" of carllsle, Pennsylvania, for the construction of '10 duplex residential
buildings at Green Ridge Vlllage, 210 Big spring Road, West Pennsboro Township,
cumberland COUl1ty, pennsylvania,
NOW, July 17, 1995, at the time of and Immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said presbyterian
Homes, Inc., to the said R. S, Mowery & sons, Inc" to commence worK on the said
bulldlngs, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the maKing of the said
contract with R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc" and tl1e further consideration of One Dollar to
R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc., paid by presbyterian Homes, Inc., It Is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building or propertY by the contractor, nor any subcontractor, nor
by any of the material men or worKmen nor any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said duplex buildings,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
