Pursuant to our phone conversation on July 28. 1995 please be advised that
Factory Finance wishes to cease any attempts made by your office or the sherirrs
office to collect monies and/or goods from Mr. Herman.
An agreement between Mr. Herman and Factory Finance Company, Inc., has been
reached, If at any time in the future this agreement is not kept we reserve the right
to once again follow through with these proceedings,
