against the Defcndant Chris Recse, and avers the following:
I. The Plaintiff is Ncsco, Inc., a duly registered corpomtion, with a place of
business of 1937 Rachael Drive, Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
2. The Defendant is Chris Reese, an adult individual with a rcsidence of
38 Robin Court, Mcchanicsburg, Cumbcrland County, Pcnnsylvania 17055
3. In or about December 1994 the Plaintiff printed stationary for the Defendant
consisting of:

A. Letlerheads
C. Memo Pads
D. The Plaintiffsupplied paper for the printing of the mcmo pads
4. The Defendant has not paid for any of the printing services rendered by
Plaintiff.

judgment in its favor and against the Defendant in the amount of $500.34 equaling the
printing costs ofS441.84 plus the judgment costs of$S8.S0, plus interest and cost of this
