Gould, and files this Mechanics Lien against the property of the Owner, CANADIANS, based on the following facts: 1. The name of the contractor is cOASTLAND CONSTRUCTION, INC. 2. CANADIANS, whose business address is 116 Lehigh Avenue, Fairfield, NJ 07004, with store #149 located at the Capital City Mall, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011 is the owner/lessee of the property subject to this Mechanics Lien. 3. The last work by COASTLAND CONSTRUCTION, INC. on the property of CANADIANS that is subject to this Mechanics Lien was performod on May 9, 1995. 4. COASTLAND CONSTRUCTION, INC. pursuant to a contract with CANADIANS was to reconstruct, remodel and modify according to owner's specifications, CANADIANS store #149, Capital City Mall, Camp Hill, PA. The date of the contract was 3/20/95. (copy of the description of the work performed is attached as exhibit A) 5. The amount of the sum claimed to be due is $78,444.00. (see schedule value of exhibit A) 6. COASTLAtID CONSTRUCTION, INC. provided the carpsntry, drywall, glass, painting, flooring and installed the plumbing, heating and air conditioning units and/or fixtures, including all the necessary ducts and pipes related thereto, in the remodeled and/or renovated CANADIANS store #149 in the Capital City Mall, Camp Hill, PA.
