providing for the following custody schedule for their chi ldren, Jennl fer
Kopperman, Katelynn I\opperman, and Elizabeth Kopperman.
al The mother wi II have primary physical custody of the children,
and the parlles will share legal custody.
b) The father will hllve partial custody of Ihe children on
allernate weekends on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on
Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., and on other dates at times
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
c) The molher nnd fnther agree Ihat each will nolify the other of
all medlcnl care the children receive while in that parent's care.
Each parent will not i fy the other immediately of medical emergencies
which arise while the chi Idren are in thaI parent's care.
