Gracie Lynn Kinslow slulll have sole legal custody of Dustin Lee Beaston.
Gracie Lynn Kinslow slulll have primary physical custody of Dustin Lee Beaston.

Dean Beaston shall have temporary physical custody of Dustin Lee Beaston at reasonsble

Intervals and for reasonable periods of time, to Include at a minimum the following:
a.
Two days a week from 8:30 A.M. to 0:00 P.M. until the child reaches the age of
two years old. When the child is two years old, then the father shall have

temporary physical custody overnight. The two days a week shall correspond to
the father's days 01T from work which currently rotate.
b.
Father shall have the child from 2:00 P.M. on Christmas Day to 0:00 P.M. on
Christmas Day.
c. From 8:30 A.M. to 0:00 P.M. on alternating holidays. The holidays that shall be
alternated are Lnbor Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Day. Memorial Day, and
the Fourth of July. The mother, Gracie Lynn KInslow, shall have Labor Day In
1095 and said holidays shall alternate thereafter.
d. On Father's Day from 8:30 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
e. At such other times as the parties may mutual1y agree.
4. Notwithstanding Paragraph 5 above, the mother shall be entitled to physical custody of
her child on Mother's Day.

STIPUI.ATED ORDER FOR MODIFICATION OF ClISTODY
AGREEMENT. made thisli:t-day of -A~.c;t 1996, between Gracie Lynn
Kinslow, hereinafter referred to as Mother, and Dean easton, hereinafter referred to as Father,
WHEREAS. the above named Mother and Father had born to them Dustin Lee Beaston,
on January 25, 1995,
WHEREAS, an Order of Court was entered by the Honorable George E, HolTer on July
27,1995,
WHEREAS, the above named Mother and Father desire to enter into an Agreement
modiiYing the aforementioned Order of Court as to the custody of the above said minor child and
to the visitation rights of the non-custodian parent.
NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ellectuale the above purpose, the above named
Mother and Father hereby agree that:
I, Gracie Lynn Kinslow is the natural and legal mother of Dustin Lee Beaston and resides
at 504 Shed Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 1724\.
2, Dean Beaston is Dustin Lee Beaston's natural and legal father, and resides at RR# I,
Box 69, Blain, Perry County, Pennsylvania,
3. Mother shall have sole legal custody of Duslin Lee Beaston,
4. Mother shall have primary physical custody of Dustin Lee Beaston,

7, Father shall be responsible lor transporting thc child to and from the Mothcr's residence
on all periods of his tcmporary visitalilln
8, MOlhcr and Fathcr shall kecp each othcr informed ofthcir respcctive current address
and telephonc nUlllbcr.
9, In the thc cvcntthat a pcriod oftcmpornry custody must bc canccled bccausc of an
emergency or other good causc, thc canceling party shall so notify thc othcr as far in advance as
possible and shall arrange lor a substitute visit.
10, Contact between thc partics shall be limited cxclusively to mattcrs involving the care
and well being oflhe minor child.
11, The parties will take all reasonablc measures to cnsure that the child develops a
positive and loving relationship toward the othcr parent and shall rcfrain from making derogatory
comments about the other parent in the prescnce of the child,
