Runey, was arrested twice for separate Incidents of driving under the Influence that day. On one Incident, he was convicted on December 6, 1994, of violating the Vehicle Code at 18 Pa.C.S. Section 3731. Upon certification of the conviction to the Department of Transportation, the Department suspended petitioner's driving privilege for one year pursuant to Section 1532(b)(3) of the Vehicle Code, t For the other separate Incident, petitioner was convicted on February 14, 1995, of violating Section 3731 of the Vehlcls Code. Upon certification of that conviction to the Department of Transportation, the Department suspended petitioner's driving privilege for one year pursuant to Section 1532(b)(3).2 Pursuant to Section 1544(c), the Dspartment ordered the second suspension to be consecutive to the first. Petitioner challenges the consecutive nature of the second suspsnslon, arguing that the second suspsnslon should be concurrent to the first. Section 1544(b) of the Vehicle Code provldss: 1.
