CIVIL ACTION/MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
1, Plaintiff is Household Finance Consumer Discount Company, a corporation duly
organized and doing business at the above captioned address,
2, The Defendant is Michael S, Hillegas alk/a Mike Hillegas, who is the mortgagor and
on of the real owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his last-known address
is 724 Carol Street, New Cumberland, P A 17070.
3. The Defendant is Sharon S, Hillegas alk/a Sharon Hillegas, who is one of the real
owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and her last-known address is 724 Carol
Street, New Cumberland, P A 17070.
4, On 02/24/2000, Michael S, Hillegas made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon
the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1597, Page 939,
5, On 05/01/2000 Michael S. Hillegas deeded said premises to Michael S. Hillegas and
Sharon S, Hillegas, which deed was recorded on 06/01/200, Book 222, page 312.
6. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the legal description attached
as Exhibit "A" and is known as 724 Carol Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
7, The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon
said mortgage due 09/01/2006 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of
said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance
and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith.
8, The following amounts are due on the mortgage:
Principal Balance $ 145,758,74
Interest through 12/07/2006 $ 25,408.40
(Plus $ 43,12 per diem thereafter)
Attorney's Fee $ 7,287,94
Corporate Advances $ 218,00
Title Search $ 200.00
GRAND TOTAL $ 178,873.08
9. The attorney's fees set forth above are in conformity with the mortgage documents
and Pennsylvania Law and will be collected in the event of a third party purchaser at Sheriffs Sale,
If the mortgage is reinstated prior to the Sale, reasonable attorney's fees will be charged based on
work actually performed.
10. Notice of Intention to Foreclose as required by Act 6 of 1974 (41 P .S. S403) and
notice required by the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act of 1983 as amended under 12 P A Code
Chapter 13, et seq., commonly known as the Combined Notice of Delinquency has been sent to
Defendants by regular mail with a certificate of mailing and by certified mail, return receipt requested,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendants in the sum of
$178,873.08, together with interest at the rate of $43.12 per diem and other costs and charges
collectible under the mortgage and for the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged property.

being 330 feet measured along the southerly line of Carol Street in a
westerly direction from a monument at Beckley Drive; THENCE
southeastwardly parallel with Beckley Drive 130 feet to a 20 foot street;
THENCE southwestwardly along said 20 foot street, 60 feet to a point;
THENCE northwestwardly parallel with Beckley Drive 130 feet to the
southern line of Carol Street; THENCE northeastwardly by the southern
