that on May 21, 1995, at approximately 71'15 p.m., the Pefendant,
Barbara Hughes, was driving a 1986 Oldslnobile Cierra, owned by Pavid
J. Hughes I Pennsylvania Registrlltion No. AFC.7928 in a southerly
direction on Route 233 approaching its interesection with Route 641
in the Borough of Newvill.e, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the
renmining averments contained in the Complaint are denied pursuant to
Pa. R. C.P. 1029 (e) .
