for the Big spring School District for tho year ending June 30,
1996, said persons being subject to the powers, duties and
requirements of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended,

The Big spring School District by its Solicitor, SNI!:LBA~ER ,
BRENNEMAN, P.c., Attornuya, does horeby make application to this
Court for the appointment of Bchool Police Officers for the Big
Spring School District under tho provisions of tho public School
Code of 1949, as amended, Section 77B (24 P.S. 7-77B)1 and
represents as followSI
1.
That the Big Spring School Distriot is a duly organized and
constituted school district located in cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
2.
That said Big Spring School Distriot is desirous of and in
need of School police Offioers to act as policemen of said Sohool
District.

That the Board of School Directors of the Big Spring Bchool
District has by resolution adopted on July 17, 1995, designated
the following named persons to act as School Polics Officers for
the school year ending June 30, 1996, subject to the appointment
by your Honorable Courtl
