Matter to Plaintiff/s complaint I

2. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is denied that
Thomas J. Bmarsh, D.C. (hereinafter >>Dr. smarsh>>) resides at the
alleged address.
3. Admitted in part and denied in part. '1'he allegations
that Mid-Atlantic chiropractic, P.C. (hereinafter >>Mid-Atlantic>>)
conducts business in cumberland county, Pennsylvania and may b~
served by serving Dr. Smarsh are deniedl to the oontrary/ Mid-
Atlantic does not currently conduct business in Cumberland county
and may not be properly served by serving Thomas Smarsh. By way of
clarification, Dr. Smarsh notes that the registered office of Mid-
Atlantic was officially changed on the recordR of the Corporation
Bureau of the Department of State of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania on October 21/ 1994, to 700 Chestnut street, Lebanon,
Pennsylvania.

denied. '1'0 the contrary, neither Dr. Bmarah nor Mid-Atlantic
entered into any contract with Plaintiff for Plaintiff to provide
accounting, conSUlting, or bill colleotion services to either
Dnrp"dnnt at any hourly rate at any time.
B. Denied. It is denied that Plaintiff ever rendered any
servioes to Dr. Bmarshl to tho oontrary, Plaintiff never rendered
services to Dr. Bmarsh. It is denied that plaintiff rendered any
servioes pursuant to the allegod agroement, to the oontrary, the
IIboVIl answer to paragraph 4 is incorporated by reference. The
averment conoerning the amount of time spent. is denied on the basis
that, after reasonable investJ.gation, Dr. smarsh is without
knowledge or information suffioient to form a belief as to this
Bverment.
6. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is speoifioallY
denied that Dr. Bmarsh owes any sum whatsoever to Plaintiff, to the
contrary, Dr. Bmarsh does not owe any such sum.
7. Denied. It is specif.l.callY denied that Dr. Bmarsh
committed any breach of any agreement I to the contrary, he did not
breach any agreement. The romaining averments of this paragraph
are denied on the basis that, after reasonable investigation, Dr.
Smarsh without information sufficient to form a belief ae to their
