Dawson, by his attorney, William A. Addams, of Hanft & Knight, P.C., and makes the following Complaint: 1. The Plaintiff is David A. Dawson, an adult individual residing at 20 Deckert Road, Harrisburg, P A 17109. 2. The Defendant is Melissa Ploof, an adult individual residing at 1103 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, PA 17070. 3. The Plaintiff is the owner of a 1994 Nissan Sentra automobile which he was driving on December 17, 2001 on 28th Street, in the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 4. At said time and place, the Defendant was driving a vehicle when she negligently and carelessly pulled from a side street into the Plaintiff slane oftravel causing a collision between the two vehicles and resulting in the damages hereinafter set forth. 5. The Defendant was negligent and careless in: A. Failing to yield the right-of-way B. Failing to observe the Plaintiffs vehicle in time to avoid a collision C. Failing to have her vehicle under control. 6. As the result of the negligence and carelessness of the Defendant, the Plaintiffs automobile was damaged in the amount of$I,398.25. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $1,398.25 plus interest and costs of suit, an amount within the jurisdiction of arbitration under the local rules of court.
