natural father. Defendant currently reaidea with the following

Wilson, would oontinue to attend school the Mechanicsburg School
District if the child were returned to this address.
2. Pefendant, Lamont Wilson, aka Dutoh Wilson, is an adult
individual who currently resides at 2600 Ellendale Road, Pauphin,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
If the minor child, palHs 13.
Wilson, attended school whilll Hving at this address, he would
attend the Central Pauphin School Piatrict.
3. Plaintiff seeks telnporary custody of the following child I
Dallis B. Wilson, present resident is 497 Lexington Avenue/
Meohanicsburg, Cumberland County/ Pennsylvania 17055. The minor
ohild is 7 1/2 yoars old and was born on November 1/ 1987.

has exercised s~oradic visitation rights. Thsre is no existing
oustody order.
12. On .July 21, 1995, Plaintiff and her fiance, Miohl1el B.
Mikula, left for Delaware for the!.r lIIacriage and honeymoon. Mr.
I Mikula's children were left with their natural mother, while
Plaintiff's child, Dallis Wiluon, was left with her Aunt, Elizabeth
Bohitz of 841 Hummel Avenue in Lemoyne. Both babysicten were left
with instructions to expect the newlywed9' return on Thursday, July
27,1995.

1. Legal custody of the parties' child, Dallis
a. Wilson, born November 1, 19B7, shall be shared by the
parties.
2. primary physical custody of the child shall
be in the plainitff, Lorene Landis (Mother). Temporary or
partial physioal custody of the child shall be in the Defendant,
Lamont (Butch) Wilson (Father) on alternating weekends from 7:~0
p.m. on Friday until 7100 p.m, on sunday, commencing with the
date of Friday, August 11, 1995,
