The property of the Defendant/Owner that is subject to the mechanics' lien claim by the Claimant is the property and improvements thereon located at and commonly known as 923 BrandY'anne Way, Mechanicsburg, Pa. 17050. On or about May 23, 2001, the Claimant had completed the restoration as a building contractor in connection with the water loss at the home at the aforementioned property owned by the Defendant/Owner. The labor and materials subject to a mechanics' lien claim pursuant to thc Mechanics' Lien Law, act of August 24, 1963, PL 1175, No. 497, Section 1503 (6); 49 P.S. Section 1503 (6) which were provided by Claimant arc those described in the scope and itemized pricing set forth from Claimant to Defendant/Owner which is attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
