felt compelled to follow the advice.
C. She desires to use her original family name.
D. She also was given the name of Monica at the time of baptism, by which she is
known in areas of business and the community, so that she has had three different names by
which she is known. She desires to avoid this confusion.
7. Petitioner is a housewH~ and real estate salesperson. With her husband she owns a
home and personal property.
8. Changing her name would not be harmful to the rights of others or prejudicial to the
public good or to creditors.
9. The.e are no judgments or decrees of any nature outstanding against Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Coun to enter a decree, changing her
name from Sarah Yong Won to Young Hui Won,
