WO. VALUI ..CIIVID, and in settlement ot accounts, Beacon Hill Maintenance
Corporation, and Beacon Hill Nursery, of 1105 Rana Villa Avenue, Camp Hill,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvanjll, 17011, (hereinafter called "Maker"), intending
to become legally bound hereby, does hereby promise to pay to the order of Green
Seasons, a corporate tictitious name for the doing ot business by ServiceMaster
Lawncare by Larry Townsley, Inc., 22 OOA Hummingbird Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17112,
(hereinafter called "Holder"), the sum of Fiv$ Thousand Five Hundred Four and
79/100 Dollars ($5,504.79). Interest thereon shall be at the legal rate of
interest, 6\ per annum, as established by the law of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. The said sum shall be due and payable with said interest in three
equal monthly installments of $1,862.45 each, beginning on July 15, 1995, and
continuing on the tifteenth day of each month thereafter with the final such
payment due on September 15, 1995.
Interest will continue to accrue at the
aforesaid rate, together with late charges at the rate of 1 1/2' per month for
any installment not paid when due, until paid in full, by Sheriff or otherwise.
Maker does hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary or any Attorney
ot any Court ot record of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and contess
judgment against Maker and in favor of Holder, Holder's heirs, personal
representatives, successors, or assigns, as of any term, past, present or
tuture, with or without declaration filed, for the debt evidenced by this Note,
with interest thereon, together with any and all charges, taxes, and liens paid
by the said Holder, Holder'. heirs, personal representatives, successors, or
assigns, together with costs of suit, and an Attorney's commission of ten (10')
percent tor collection, but in no event less than $350.00, with release ot all
errors, and on which judgment the Holder may, on failure ot the said Maker to
comply with any ot the stated terms, provisions and conditions of this Note,
is.ue or cause to be issued an execution or executions, waiving inquisition and
condellnatlon as to any property levied upon by virtue of any such execution,
waiving all exemption from levy and sale of any property which now is or
hereatter may be exempt under any Act of Assembly.
