CORNWALL COMMUNITY AMBULANCE, INC., the wi thin named DEFENDANT, by
handing a true and attested copy thereof, personally, to Lester Weaver,
he being President of the organization, on August 10, 1995, at 9:58
o'clock A.M., at his residence, 5 Lynch Drive, Rexmont (Cornwall
