QRDl;R " r AND NOW, this . day of August, 1995, upon consideration of the Consent Agreement of the parties, the fol lowing Order is entered: 1. The defendant, Paul E. Garner, 58: 159-56-4902 and DOB: 10-5-65, is enjoined from physically abusing the plaintiff, Billie Jo Wise and/or from placing her in fear of abuse. 2. The defendant i~ el1joined from having any direct or indirect contact wlth t~le plaintiff including, but not limited to, telt!phone and written communications, except for the limited purpose of faCIlitating custody arrangements, 3. The defendant is ordered to refrain from harassing and stalking the plaintiff and from harassing the plaintiff's relatives and the minor child.
