of the Consent Agreement of the parties, the fol lowing Order is
entered:
1. The defendant, Paul E. Garner, 58: 159-56-4902 and DOB:
10-5-65, is enjoined from physically abusing the plaintiff,
Billie Jo Wise and/or from placing her in fear of abuse.
2. The defendant i~ el1joined from having any direct or
indirect contact wlth t~le plaintiff including, but not limited
to, telt!phone and written communications, except for the limited
purpose of faCIlitating custody arrangements,
3. The defendant is ordered to refrain from harassing and
stalking the plaintiff and from harassing the plaintiff's
relatives and the minor child.

23 Pa. C.S, 96113.1; iil) a charge of indiroct crimInal contempt
under 23 Pa. C.S. !l6114, punishable by imprisonment up to six
months and a fina of $100.00-$1,000.00; and IV) civil contempt
under 23 Pa. C.S. !l6114.1, Resumpt ion of co-residence on the
part of the plaintiff and defendant sflall not nullify the
provisions of tht! court ordor.
9. The Pennsylvania State Police sholl be provided with a
certified copy of thIS Order by the plaintiff's attorney and may
enfor'ce this Order by arrest for indirect criminal contempt
without warrant upon probRble cause that this Order has been
violated, whether or not the violat ion is committed in the
presenc.e of the police off,cer. In the "vent that an arrest is
made under this section, the defendant shall be taken without
unnecessary delay befelre tile court that issued the order. When
