Shippesnburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, WHEREAS. the said Contractor undenook and agreed to make certllin improvements to Owner's property situate in the Township of Southampton. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 113 Kline Road.
