ROY G. REEDER and REGINA L. REEDER. of p, 0, Box 419. Shippesnburg, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
WHEREAS. the said Contractor undenook and agreed to make certllin improvements to
Owner's property situate in the Township of Southampton. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
known as 113 Kline Road. Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, more fully described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof,
NOW THEREFORE, nlls AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consideration of the swn of One Dollar ($1,00) to said Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Ilnd Ihe further consideration menlioned in Ihe agreemenl
aforesaid, for himself, and his sulx:onlraclors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant
and agree Ihat no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by Ihem or any of Ihem
againsllhe said buildings and improvements and the lot of ground appurtenanl thereto for or on
accounl of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contracl or
otherwise, for, towards, in. or about the erection and construction of the said improvements on Ihe
101 above described, and the said Contractor, for himself, his sulx:ontractors and others under him
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the righlto have, file, and mainlllin any mechanic's liens or
claims againsllhe said buildings or any oflhem, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of
lien. shall be an independenl covenant.
