CRrlisle Poli"e Station with t.h.. defendants fullowing
them. When t.he plaint.\ ff, Ronald Camphell, got Ollt of
his truck, the defendant., !lale Campbell, "ame Ill' to him
and threatened him ""ying, "r'm going 1.0 whip your
ass."
b. On Reve,'al di ffen'nt occaRions in 1995, the
defend"nt.. h"ve followed the plaintiffs In their
vehicle, dl'iven clORe to t.heir' t.ruck bumper, and
sCI'l'amed vi Ie n!lmes "I. them causing the plaintiffs to
fear fnr their snfel.y.
c. On or about JanuRry 10, 1995, the plaintiff, Toni
Campbell, was at h"r residence with t.he children when

she heRrd noises outside causln~ her to fear for their
safety. When she looked out the window, she saw the
defendant, Dale Campbell, pulling away In his truck.
When she went. outRide, Rhe Haw a Rmoke bomb nlong with
a written note, on her doorHtep causing her to feRr
that the defl>ndnnt, DRie Campbell, had put .wme kind of
explosive In the smoke bomb. She report.ed this
incident to t.he police and gave them the note which was
left with t.he smoke bomb.
d. On several different occaRions since 1993, the
defendants have threatened the plaintiffs in ways
Including, but not limited to, the following: sending
several threatening letterR to the plaintiffs;
threatening the plaintiffs saying, "We'll rip your
hearts out," And "We'll beat you so that no one will
recognize you," and coming to the plaintiffs' house
uninvited, destroying the phone, damaging walls and the
outside of their trailer, and in 1993, smashing the
plaintiffs' vehicle windshield. On at least one
occasion, the defendants made n hand gesture of a gun
pointed at the plaintiffs causing them to fear for they
safety.
5. The plRintlffs believe and therefore aver that they and
their minor children are In immedlRte and present danger of abuse
from the defendants and that they are In need of protection from

6. The plaintiffs desire that the defendants he prohibited
from having any direct or Indirect "ontact with the plaintiffs or

from harassing and stalking the plaintiffs, and from harassing
the plaintiffs' relatives, or their minor children,

entered in this matter will be in effect for a period of one year

engaged in a pattern or practice that indicates continued risk of
harm to the plaintiffs. The defendants understand that this
Order will be enforceable in the same manner as the Court's prior
Temporary Protection Order entered in this case.
