James M. Bach, and files these preliminary objections pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 1028,
III The Plaintiff in its Complaint fails to plead sutlicient facts to establish a breach of
contract, thus it should be dismissed for failure to plead a cause of action, pursuant to
Pa.R,C,P. No. 1028 (a)(2).
121 Plaintiff in paragraph five of its Complaint states that they are "due interest from
10/8/94 at the ratc of 18% pcr annum", this statement is insufficient in its specificity,
thus it should be either stricken for its vagueness, or properly amended by the Plaintiff
to plead facts specifically.
