JUDGMENT NOTE

For value received, the undersigned does hereby promise to
pay on demand to HARRY G. HOSLER, JR. and NANCY E. HOSLER, the
principal sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. ($ 55,000.00).
The undersigned shall pay the principal before as follows:
(1) monthly installments equal to that of lenders bank
loan, and
(2) the remainder on or before July 28. 1998.
The undersigned shall maintain hazard insurance for the
property as well as life insurance and shall prov1de lender with
a copy of the same. Additionally, the undersigned shall pay all
taxes and municipal assessments as due.
Upon the death of either of the undersigned persons, the
remaining principal balance shall be due and payable.
