sale at a pricc of Eighty-Eighl11lUusand Dollars (588,000.00), or fur such olher price as Ihey
may both ab'l'ee, and upon the sale of the premises, Husband will reccive the SUIll of Six
TIluusand 0011111'8 (56,000.00), with Wife rcceiving the blllllncc, if IIny, of the net proceeds of the
sale.

purchase money loan from Cen Penn Rail Credit Union. Husband agrees that he is solely

and whether incurred before or after the date of sel,aration, shall be considered the sole debt of
the party in whose name the debt was incurred. Each party agrecs thut with regard to any such

1. Plaintiff is Debra A. Conti, who resideB at 917 Hummel Avenue,
2nd Floor, Lemoyne, PA 17043, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since
July, 1995,
2, Defendant is Paul T, Conti, who resides at 2024 Market Street,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since September, 1994.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth for
at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 27, 1991 in
Mechanicsburg, PennBylvania,
5, There have been nD prior actions of divorce or for annulment
between the parties,
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken,
