STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 1lot+- day of ~ , 1995, by
and between J. R. ZEPPA CONSTRUCTION, A SOLE-PROPRiETORSHIP,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,

JOLENE H. COCCIARDI, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct an office
building on the certain lot of ground situate in Upper Allen
To_ship, Cumberland County, Conunonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as
Lot '3 Bumble Bee Hollow Road, Hechanisburg, Pennsylvania
and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

EXHIBIT lOA"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 3 as
described in Final Subdivision Plan of Chad Hazam, which Plan was
recorded in the Office of the Rscorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania on February 14, 1990 in Plan Book 60, Page 4,
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the southern right of way line of Kacey
Court between Lots Nos. 3 and Nos. 2 of the Chad Hazam Subdivision,
said point being referenced a distance of l35.09 feet from the end
of a curve connecting the western right of way line of Bumble
Hollow Road (T-614) and the southern right of way line of Kacey
Court measured along the southern right of way line of Kacey Court;
thence along Lot No.2 South 21 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West,
a distance of 291.82 feet to a point at the common property corner
of Lot No. 3 and No. 2 and on line of Lot No.1; thence along Lot
No. 1 North 68 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
202.99; feet to a point at the common property corner of Lot No.3
and Lot No.1; thence along lands now or late of Stanley F. Werzyn
North 23 degrees 05 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 95.56
feet to a point at the common property corner of Lot No, 3 and No.
4; thence along Lot No. 4 North 51 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 317.17 feet to a point on the western right of
way line of Kacey Court; thence along said right of way line South
38 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 57.44 feet to
a point; thence along said right of way by a curve, curving to the
left, having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 66.35
feet to a point, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.497 acres more or less.
BEING the same premises which Chad Hazam and Karis Lewellen-Hazam,
husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Jolene M. Cocciardi,
Borrower herein.
