WHEREAS, Richard A. Seifert and Nicole Leigh Seifert, Owners, are
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Richard A.
Seifert for the construction of a residential dwelling on Lot 369 of the
Plan of White Rock Acres, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
described in Exhibit"A" hereto attached.
NOW, ~q~g~L_ /% , 2001, at the time of and immediately before
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been
given by the said Owners to Contractor to commence construction, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to
Contractor paid by Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
said real estate or improvements erected thereon by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the said construction, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALLTHAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and being Lot No. 369 on the Plan of Lots of Section "H" of White Rock Acres dated September 6,
1973, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 25, Page 37, and more particularly bounded and
descflbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeestem line of Laurel Drive (50 feet wide) at the dividing line
between Lots 368 and 389 as shown on said Plan; thence by the northeastern line of Laurel Ddve,
North 6g degrees 65 minutes West 147.00 feet to a point; thence bythe dividing line between Lots 369
and 370 as shown on said Plan North 35 degrees 47 minutes East 271.25 feet to a point; thence by
