able breakdown of the marriage, you may request marriage counsel-
ing. A list of marriage counselors is available in the Office of
the Prothonotary, Cumberland county Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsyl-
vania.

COUNT I
Divorce Under Section 3301(c)
1. Plaintiff is Larry E. Peck, Sr., an adult individual, who
resides at 4819 cumberland Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pen-
nsylvania 17111.
2. Defendant is Peggy A. Peek, an adult individual, who
resides at 2615 N. Rosegarden Blvd., Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania l7055.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Common-
wealth for at least six months immediately previous to the filing
of this complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on December 24,
1989 at CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. There were no children born from this marriage.
6. There have been no prior actions for divorce or annulment
between the parties.
7. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
8. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and that Plaintiff has the right to request that the
Court require that the parties participate in counseling.
9. Defendant is not a member of the armed services of the
United states or any of its allies.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree of
Divorce.
COUNT II
Equitable Distribution
10. Paragraphs 1 through 9 are incorporated herein by
reference.
11. Plaintiff states that the plaintiff and defendant possess
various items of both real and personal marital property which is
subject to equitable distribution by the Court.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests that this Court:
a) equitably distribute all property, personal and real, owned
by the parties;
b) such other relief as the Court may deem equitable and just.
