AND NOW, Plaintiff, Lory E. Wemer, by and through her attorney, G. Patrick
O'Connor, Esquire, files a Complaint and petitions for Custody, of which the following is
a statement:

Plaintiff is Lory E. Wemer, grandmother, who currently resides at 6 Cloud
Court, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA 17050.
2. Defendant Mitchell A. Wemer, father, currently resides at 78 W. Louther
Street, Apt. B, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. Defendant Shawna M. Wemer, has a last known address of 50 Bonnybrook
Court, Lot 23, Carlisle, PA 17013.
4. Plaintiff seeks primary physical custody of the following child/children:

The father of the child is Mitchell A. Wemer, currently residing at 78 W. Louther
Street, Apt. B, Carlisle, PA 17013. He is married, but separated.

Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceeding who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the child.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an
Order granting primary physical custody of the minor child, Jaylin L. Werner, to the
grandmother.

AND NOW, Friday, September 13, 2002 , upon consideratiOn of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Jaequeline M. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland Count~ Courthouse, Carlisle on Thursday, October 03, 2002 at 9:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to apl3ear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

6. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties at a Custody
Conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of this Order by mutual
consent. In the absence of mutual consent, the terms of this Order shall control.
