Petitioner is Joseph Dominio Damore, of 9 North Penn Street,
Apartment 0, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Petitioner is a lioensed driver in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,
3.
On or about August 2, 1995, Petitioner reoeived notioe to
return his drivers lioense.
4.
The underlying oause for whioh the department took this
aotion, was the aooumulation of Eleven (11) points.
5.
The aotion by the Department was not warranted beoause
Petitioner has the right to a speoial exam whioh will result in
his point total being Nine (9) points.
Wherefore, Petitioner prays your Honorable Court, reverse
the deoision of the Department.
