Malo, husband and wife, Defendants JURY TRIAL DEMANDED COMPLAINT Now comes the Plaintiff, Brice Abbot, by and through his attorney, H. Anthony Adams, and sets forth the following: 1. plaintiff is Brice Abbott, an adult individual, who resides at 139 Airport Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendants are Normand C. Malo and Eleanor S. Malo, adult individuals, husband and wife, who reside at 280 Lost Hollow Road, Dillsburg, York county, Pennsylvania. 3. On or about June 1, 1994, Defendants and plaintiff entered into a contract for the construction of a home in the amount of Eighty Thousand One Hundred Thirty Two ($80,132.00) Dollars. 4. The contraot was altered by agreement of the Plaintiff and Defendants to include additional construction in the amount of Seven Thousand six Hundred Ten ($7,610.00) Dollars. 5. The Defendants owe to plaintiff the sum of Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Two ($87,742.00) Dollars for parts and labor. 6. The Defendants have made payment to plaintiff in the amount of 7. The amount owed to plaintiff is Twenty Four Thousand Ten ($24,010,00) Dollars, which the Defendants have refused to pay even though demand for payment has been made.
