mdrriage he and remain distributed as follows:
Plaintiff, Lynn Edward Auchey will retftin and own:
MAC Tool Box, all tools and equipment, Oak Rolltop Desk, Gun Cabinet
and all Guns therein. The small refridgerator, and coin collection.
Defendant, Dorothy Marie Auchey will retain and own:
All other furnishings of the house. Any other appliances of the house
and household goods.
And the real property commonly known as 614 Shippensburg Rd
Shippensburg, PA 17257

and legally deucribed hereinafter, be distributed as fol ows:
An equal split of any and all profit from the sale of the property
at settlement. Until the sale of the property, mortgage payments and
taxes will be paid by the Plaintiff and Defendant equally.
