OceBees executed a promissory note daled October 31, 1994 evidencing the debt of$9,1 57.75. (allached as Exhibil "B"). 8. In the promissory note OeeBees agreed to make full paymcnt of $ 9,157.75 with Interest of6% per annum, on or before December 31,1994, Including paymenl of all reasonable collection costs and allomeys fees for making such collection, 9. OeeBees failed to make Ihe required payment on or before December 31, 1994 and breached the contract belween the parties. 10. Buchanan Is entilled to collect payment under the lerms of the promissory note, WHEREFORE, PlalntllT, Lewis B.
