1. plaintiff, Hempt Bros., Inc., is a pennsylvania
corporation, with a principal place of business at 205 Creek Road,
camp Hill (LoWer Allen Township), cumbsrland county, Pennsylvania
17011.
2. The Defendant, Revin T. Walsh, tla Shamrock construction,
i. an adult individual residing at 1030 sixth street, steelton,
Dauphin county, pennsylvania 17113-1323.
3. At all times relevant hereto, plaintiff has been engaged
in the budnellll, inter Al.iA, of manUfacturing and selling concrete,
a.phalt, and stone.
4. At all times relevant hereto, Defendant, Kevin T. Walsh,
tla Shamrock construction, has been engaged in construction,
landllcaping, remodeling and excavation business.

6. The allegations of paragraphS 1 to and including 4 arB
incorporated herein by reference as though herein fully set forth.
7. The Plaintiff, at the special insistence and request of
the Defendant, sold and delivered to the DefeJ'ldant, goodS and
materials, at the times, in the amounts of, of the kinds, and for
the prices eet forth in a true and correct copy of plaintiff's book
of oriCJinal entry, copy of which is marked Exhibit "A", and
Exhibit 111.-1" to and including "A-6", attached hereto and made part
hereof, which goods and materials were received and accepted by the
Defendant.
8. The prices charged for said goodS and materials are just
and reasonable, and are the prices which the Defendant orally
promised to pay Plaintiff for the same.
9. Plaintiff has demanded payment from Defendant in the
amount of $4,161.81, with delinquency charges in the amount of one
and one-fourth (1-1/4th') percent per month after thirty (30) days,
but the Defendant has refused and still refuses to pay the same or
any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Hempt BroS" lnc., demands judgment
against Defendant, Kevin T. Walsh, t/a Shamrock construction, in
the amount of $4,161.81, together with delinquenoy charges in tho

the Defendant, sold and delivered to the Defendant goods and
materials at the times, in the amounts of, of the kinds, and for
the prices set forth in the invoices marked Exhibit "10-1" to and
including "10-6", attached hereto and made part hereof, which goods
and materials were received and accepted by the Defendant.
12. The prices charged for the said goods and materials are
just and reasonable and are the prices which the Defendant orally
promised to pay plaintiff for the same.
13. plaintiff has demanded payment from the Defendant in the
amount of $4,161.81, with delinquency charges in the amount of one
and one-fourth (1-1/4th\1 percent per month after thirty (30) days,
but Defendant has refused and still refuses to pay the same or any
part thereof.
14. As a result of the aforesaid, Defendant has been unjustly
enriched at plaintiff's expense in the amount of $4,161.81.
