On or about January 14, 1994 Defendant requested plaintiffS to provide labor and materials for carpet, flooring and other miscellaneous work at the New cumberland Army Depot. 4. Plaintiff provided Defendant with a written quote, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1" and incorporated herein by reference, which was accepted by Defendant. 5. Plaintiffs performed and completed the work agreed to and installed all necessary materials in a workmanlike manner. 6. Plaintiff's charges for labor and materials was $4,658.33 which was fair and reasonable. 7. The entire sum remains due and owing to Plaintiffs from Defendants. 8. Defendant has failed and refused to pay the principal sum or interelt thereon. g. At no time did Defendant complain of the quality of work performed by Plaintiffs or the quality 01 the materials used by Plaintiffs.
