Boldosser, adult individual who currently resides at 1019 North college street, Carlisle, cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Lee E. Boldosser, an adult individual who currently resides 130 East Liberty Avenue, Carlisle, cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide rssidents in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 29, 1973 in Perry county, Pennsylvania. 5. There has been a prior action of divorcs between the parti.s docketed to No. civil 1989, Court of common Pleas of cumberland county, Pennsylvania. This case was dismissed for lack of activity. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. The Plaintiff has been advieed of the availability of counseling and that she may have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling. 8.
