CONTAINING 0,9882 acres and being improved with a concrete block ice house,
known as 5 II East Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
BEING the same premises which John T, Davids, Jean D, Strahan, Joyce D.
Richardson and Gerald R, Davids, by Deed dated May 2, 1987, and recorded at
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book S, Volume 32, page 178,
granted and conveyed unto Bradford H, Wenger and Melinda K. Wenger, his wife,
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE pRESENTS that the said William N, Wenger and
Louise H. Wenger, at the instance and request of Bradford H, Wenger and Melinda K. Wenger,
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand well and truly paid by Bradford H,
Wenger and Melinda K, Wenger, at the time of the exeeution hereof, receipt whereof Is hereby
acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby, do, for themselves, their successors,
heil'S and assigns, covenant, promise and agree with Bradford H. Wenger and Melinda K,
Wenger, their heirs and assigns, that they will not after the execution of these presents, attach or
levy upon, sell or dispose of, claim or demand the above-described premises with the
appurtenances thereto, or any part of said premises, in or as a result of the said judgment, or
assert or claim any estate therein; in order that the said Bradford H. Wenger and Melinda K,
Wenger, their heirs and assigns, shall and may hereafter hold, own, and possess the said premises
free and clear from the aforementioned judgment,
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing herein contained shall invalidate the lien or
security of the aforementioned judgment upon any other estates of Bradford H, Wenger or
Melinda K, Wenger,
