STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT, made the m?O W'L day of August, 2002, by and between

of ground situate in South Middleton Township, Chunberhnd County, dwelling on that cerm/n lot
9 of the Subdivision Plan for Fred W. Sowers, PennWlvania, being known as Lot No.
recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book $3, at Page 'l'I 6.
Being further identified aa Tax Parcel No. 40-I$-0201.012G
NOW THEREFORE,
consideration THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the fiat. her cor$/deratioa mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their $ubcou~actors, and all pa,rti~s aetin$ through or under them,
