EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of. land situate in Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described according
to Final Subdivision Plan for Corinne S. Keim, prepared by John R.
williams, P.L.S., dated September 2, 1993 and recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 67, Page 119, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a St. Pin in the dedicated right of way line of
Bernhisel Bridge Road (T-574) and at the western corner of Lot No.
4 as set forth on the above-referred-to Plan; thence along said
Lot No. 4 and Lot No. 5 South 37 degrees 59 minutes 07 seconds
East 599.10 feet to a St. Pin in line of lands now or formerly of
the United States of America; thence along said lands now or
formerly of the United States of America South 37 degrees 12
minutes 02 seconds West 206.88 feet passing through an existing
aluminium monument to a St. Pin at corner of Lot No. 2 as set
forth on the above-referred-to Plan; thence along said Lot No.2
North 37 degrees 59 minutes 07 seconds West 651.99 feet to a St.
Pin in the dedicated right of way line of Bernhise1 Bridge Road
(T-574); thence along Bernhise1 Bridge Road (T-574) North 52
degrees 00 minutes 53 seconds East 200.00 feet to a St. Pin, the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 3 on Final Subdivision plan for Corinne S. Keim and
containing 125,109 square feet or 2.8721 acres.
BEING the same premises which David E. Smith and Melissa M. Smith,
husband and wife by deed dated and recorded even date herewith
granted and conveyed to David E. Smith and Melissa M. Smith,
Borrowers herein.
