4. The child presently resides with Lorna Rider, Defendant
herein, at 744 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
For the past five years, the child has lived with the
fOllowing persons and at the following addresses:
1990 - Present ,
744 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
Defendant, Lorna Rider, Defendant's boyfriend, Thomas ASkins,
their daughter, Tommie Ann, and Plaintiff and Defendant's son,
Duane A. Rider, II
The mother of the child is Lorna Rider, Defendant herein, who
is currently residing at 744 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. She is not mar~ied.
The father of the child is Duane A. Rider, Plaintiff herein,
who is currently residing at 45 Riverview Drive, Middletown,
Dauphin County, .Pennsylvania. He is married.
5. The relationship of plaintiff to the child is that of
father. The Plaintiff currently resides with his wife, Barbara A.
Rider, and their three children, Alan Rider, Elyse Rider and Andrew
Rider.
6. The relationship of Defendant to the child is that of
mother. Defendant currently resides with her boyfriend, Thomas
Askins, their daughter, Tommie Ann and Plaintiff and Defendant's
daughter and son, Autumn Ashley Rider and Duane A. Rider, II.
