WHEREAS ,--McClure..Company_ has entered Into a conlracl with Carlisle SynTec Systems. Division of
Carlisle Corporation. 10 provide materials and perform labor necessary for Improvement 10 the real property sltualed
In the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north side of U.S. Route 11 South more
particularly described In deeds recorded In tile Office for the Recording of Deeds In and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 In Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Page 483 and June 19, 1981 In Deed Book L, Volume
29 at Page 539.
NOW THEREFORE, It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between tile said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontraclor or
malerlal man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall file
o lien, commonly called a mechanlc's lien, for work done or materials furnished 10 thc said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation Is made and intended 10 be tiled with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date. In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania. In such case
provided.
