The Petitioner, CATHY S. WILSON, who currently resides at 131 Oak Hill Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, upon her oath, deposes and says:
1. I am the named Plaintiff in the above-titled civil cause of action and the
Defendant is STEVEN L. WILSON.
2. This Affidavit is made to inform the Court as to my status of indigency and to
induce the Court to grant me leave to proceed in this cause as an indigent.
3. I do not have any money on my person, at home, or elsewhere which could be
used for the expenses of this proceeding,
4, I do not own real estate, personal property, or any other assets. I am not owed
any amounts of money by any pcrson.
5. My husband, STEVEN L, WILSON, presently resides with his mothcr at 139
Wildwood Lane, Ncwville, Pennsylvania, 17241. He is 31 years of age,
A. I last lived with my husband on Junc 3, 1995,
n. Though I havc becn informed that my husband works at a Burger King
and at a Hardcc's, I havc no specific information as to his earnings, whether he

owns an automobile, whether he owns real estate, or whether he has other personal
property or assets,
C. 1 have commenced an action for child support and it has been scheduled
for a support conference on September 13, 1995, at 10:00 a,m,
6. 1 have Ihree children who were born on May 16, 1983, March 27, 1986, and
November 8, 1987, My three children reside wilh me now.
7, I am presently employed by Excel Logistics and my net income is approximately
$194,00 per week,
8. My social security number is 170.58-5534.
9, My net monthly income is approximately $835,00 plus $190.00 worth of food
stamps.
10. My monthly expenses are as follows:

improvement in my financial circumstances which would permit me to pay Ihe costs
incurred herein.
