Joel A. Rolar and Jovce D. Rolar to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and
ereccion'or the alteration and repair of (a) bUilding(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in Dickinson 'Township,
C'nmh""l "nd County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
Lot Number 1 as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 70 page 58,
being a portion of the same real estate conveyed by Harol~ H.Brenner
and Joseph D. Brenner to Fox and Fox, a Pennsylvania partnership, be
deed dated August 10, 1995 and recorded on the 11th day of August,
1995 at Deed ~ook 126 page 661,

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials ~o the saia
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a.mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary Within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
