Dissinger and Mary A. Etter Dissinger of Marysville, Pennsylvania, for $950.00 for the repair, replacement and painting of a porch upon a lot of land situate in Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, known as 28 North Thirty-Second Street, NOW, September 7, 1995, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority , has been given by the said William C. Dissinger and Mary A.
