Steele, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Perkins Construction, Incorporated of 1031 Mountain Road, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CIRTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township, cumberland County, Commonweal th of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described to wit: BIGINNING at a point on the South right-of-way line of Wallingford Way, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 221 and being located from the centerline intersection of Wallingford Way and Collingdale Circle the following courses: South 79 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds West, along the centerline of Wallingford Way, a distance of 17.25 feet to a point on the same, thence at a right angle to the said centerline South 10 degrees 53 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 25.00 feet to the aforementioned point of BIGINNING, THINCI South 14 degrees 08 minutes 39 seconds East, along the west line of Lot 221, a distance of 103.45 feet to a point being the common corner of Lots 217, 218, 220 and 221/ THINCI South 76 degrees 04 minutes 12 seconds West, along the north line of Lot 218, a distance of 75.08 feet to a concrete monument, being the common corner of Lots 218, 219 and 220; TRINCI North 36 degrees 57 minutes 34 seconds West, along the Northeast line of Lot 219, a distance of 105.11 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of Wallingford Way and being the Northernmost corner of Lot 219; '. . ' THaNCI along the South right-of-way line of Wallingford Way, on a curve to the right having a radius of 105.11 feet, an arc length of 40.00 feet, a delta angle of 21 degrees 48 minutes 18 seconds and a chord bearing North 63 degrees 56 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 39.76 feet to a point of tangency on the same; THINCI North 74 degrees 50 minutes 42 seconds East, continuing along the South right-of-way line of Wallingford Way, a distance of 30.25 feet to a point of curvature; THaNCI continuing along the same on a curve to the right having a radius of 75.00 feet, an arc length of 5.59 feet, a delta angle of 04 degrees 16 minutes 16 seconds and a chord bearing North 76 degrees 58 minutes 49 seconds East, a distance of 5.59 feet to a point of tangency; THaNCI North 79 degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds East, along the same, a distance of 41.17 feet to the POINT or BIGINNING, and containing 10,080.87 square feet or 0.233 acres of land, more or less. BIING Lot 11220 on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final Plan Phase III, recorded in Plan Book 62, Page 139, Cumberland County Courthouse. UNDIR AND SUBJICT to certain restrictions and easements dated December 8, 1992 and recorded in Miscellaneous Book 433, Page 942. NOW, the '.\... day of September, 1995, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and befor~ any authority has been given by the said Gina L. Steele, to the said Perkins Construction, Incorporated to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Perkins Construction, Incorporated and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Perkins Construction, Incorporated paid by Gina L. Steele, it is agreed l'hat no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. .
