residing at 570 Rupley Rd., Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Petitioner is the natural father of the minor ohild,
steven Anthony Confair-steven8on (DOB January 30, 1991).
3. Said minor child has resided with Petitioner in aocordance
i with an Order of thi8 Court dated August le, 1995. By said Order,
Petitioner has primary oU8tody and the mother, Chanda stevenson of

11 periods of partial custody rights whioh 8he has not faithfully

STIPULATION OF TBB PARTIBS
AND NOW, comes the parties in the above referenced matter,
James V. Confair, Father and Chanda Stevenson, Mother and stipulate
as followsl
1. James V. Con fair is the father of the minor child, steven
Anthony Confair-Stevenson, born January 30, 1991, and resides at
570 Rupley Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011.
2. Chanda stevenson ie the Mother of the minor child, steven
Anthony Confair-Stevenson, born January 30, 1991, and resides at
440 Crescent street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17104.
3. The minor child currently resides with his Father, James
V. Confair.
4. On September 8, 1995 a Petition for Name Change was filed
seeking to change the name of the minor child steve Anthony
Confair-stevenson to steven Anthony Confair.
5. Mother acknowledges receipt of notice of a hearing which
was scheduled for Wednesday, October 18, 1995, at 8130 a.m. before
the Honorable Edger Bailey.
6. Both Mother and Father did appear at that date and time.
