the same premises which Michael C. Adelsberger and Linda J. Adelsberger, husband and
wife, by Dced datcd December 18th, 1992 and recorded Decembcr 22nd, 1992 in the
Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Dceds in Deed Book B, Volume 36, page 24,
granted and conveyed unto Edward G. Culling and Jeanne G. Cutting, husband and wifc.
Said property also known and being 1212 Highland Way, Mechanicsburg, PA.

of the principal contract, and before any authority has been givcn by the said owncr to thc
said contractor to commence work on the said project. or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar paid to thc said contractor by the said owncr, it is agreed that
no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filcd against the ouilding and/or ground
appurtenantthcreto by thc contractor, or any suo-contractor, nor by any of thc material men
or workmen or any othcr pcrson for any laoor, or matcrials purchascd, or extra labor or
materials purchased or furnishcd in conncction with the construction of thc said projcct or
any part thcrcof, the right to file such liens oeing exprcssly waivcd and rclinquishcd
herewith.
