ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Middlesex TOwnship, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey made by Thomas
Alvin Neff, Registered surveyor, on February 25, 1965, a draft of said survey
being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike in the centerline of Legislative acute No. 21011, formerly
known as Sterrett's Gap lbad, now known as North Hiddlesex !bad, which spike at
the place of Beginning is the northwestern corner of land now or formerly of
Emma Miller: thence along said land now or formerly of Emma Miller, SOuth 71
degrees 15 minutes East, a distance of 226.05 feet to a pin in post at the
western side of a public alley: thence in said alley, SOuth 00 degrees 15
minutes East, a distance of 54.45 feet to an iron pin in a 12 feet wide public
alley: thence in said 12 feet wide public alley by a line parallel to and four
(4) feet North of line of land now or formerly of Marlin L, Calaman, North 80
degrees 24 minutes West, a distance of 249.15 feet to a spike in the centerline
of said Legislative acute No, 21011: thence by the centerline of said
Legislative Route No, 21011, North 20 degrees 45 minutes East, a distance of
90.75 feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING.

BEING THE SAME premises which acnald E. !btz and Vicki Ann actz, his wife, by
Indenture dated December 15, 1994 and recorded in Carlisle, in the County of
