LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece. parcel or tract of land situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg. County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania. more particularly bounded and described as follows. to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in concrete at the Southwest corner of land now or formerly of Sibarco
Corporation. which said iron pin in concrete is South 63 degrees 18 minutes West one hundred fifty (150) feet
from a stake in the westerly right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Department of Highway U.S. Traffic Routes
Nos, II and 15 (sixty (60) feet wide), said last mentioned stake being eight hundred sixty-eight (868) feet
Northwardly along the Western right-of-way line of Haldeman Avenue; thence along other lands now or
formerly of the said Arthur R. Rupley, of which the tract of land herein described was a part, South 63 degrees
18 minutes west one hundred thirty-nine and sixty-three (139.63) one hundredths feet to an iron pin on the
right-of-way line of the Northern Central Branch. Philadelphia Division, Pennsylvania Railroad Company;
thence along said right-of-way by a curve to the right having a radius of six thousand one hundred sixty-eight
and twenty-four one-hundredths (6168.24) feet an arc distance of one hundred forty-seven (147) feet to a stake;
thence further along said right-of-way line North 17 degrees 6 minutes West fifty-five and fifty-three one-
hundredths (55.53) feet to an iron pin on said right-of-way line; thence by other lands now or formerly of
Arthur R. Rupley. of which the tract herein described was a part, North 63 degrees 18 minutes East one
hundred seven and fifty-five one-hundredths (107.55) feet to an iron pin in concrete at the Northwest corner
of lands now or formerly of Sibarco Corporation; thence along said lands now or late of Sibarco Corporation
South 26 degrees 42 minutes East two hundred (200) feet to an iron pin in concrete at the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises that The West Shore Post No. 1462 Veterans of Foreign Wars Home in their Deed
dated June 22. 1992 and recorded on October 28, 1994 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 113, Page 1185 granted and conveyed unto Rollace E. Heustess and Barbara A,
Heustess, husband and wife.
