Owner owns the Aspen Building of the West Shore Office Park, 5002 Lenker Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, pennsylvania 17055. 2. Defendant, Gold Bond Management Services, Inc., is a Maryland corporation qualified to do business in pennsylvania, It is believed and therefore averred that Defendant has a business address of 1046 West Street, Laurel. Maryland 20707, 3. It is believed and therefore averred that at all times relevant hereto, Defendant trades and does business as Gold Bond Management Services, CPA, Inc, formerly of 5002 Lenker Street, Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania 17055, . 4. It is believed and therefore averred that at all times relevant hereto, Defendant also trades and does business as Gold Bond Foundation & waterproofing Services formerly of 5002 Lenker Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, 5. Defendant executed a Commercial Lease and First Addendum to Lease with Plaintiff for the premises located in the Aspen Building of the West Shore Office Park, 5002 Lenker Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. 6. True and correct photostatic copies of the original instruments duly executed by Defendant are attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A" ("INSTRUMENTS"). 7, The Instruments have not been assigned. 8. Judgment has not been entered on the Instruments in any other jurisdiction. 9. Notices have been given to Defendant pursuant to the terms of the Instruments. Tlue and correct copies of the notices are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B". 10. The financial statements which were provided by Defendant to Plaintiff for proof of financial stability, and which were required for the Lease application to be approved, were in the name of Defendant and were submitted by Defendant. 15. The proposed Lease was forwarded to Defendant at Defendant/s address in Maryland for approval and signature. 16. Defendant paid the security deposit required under the terms of the Lease. 17. Defendant provided its Laurel, Maryland address to Plaintiff. 18. Plaintiff forwarded all notices regarding the Lease to Defendant's address in Laurel, Maryland. The notices were sent via certified mail and were signed for and accepted by Defendant. 19. Defendant does not deny its debt due and owing to Plaintiff. 20. Defendant has filed its Petition and is using the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure in an attempt to circumvent payment of its lawful debt due and owing to Plaintiff. 21.
