In consideration of the attached Commonwealth's Petition, a WARRANT IS ISSUED FOR THE ARREST of the Defendant, JERRY A. BIRT, JR.. If the defendant is found during normal Courthouse hours, the defendant is to be brought immediately before the Court. If not found during Courthouse hours, the defendant is to be taken to the on-call District Justice and bail set pursuant to the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
