described in accordance with a survey by Thomas A. Neff. dated
September 24, 1971, and revised October 20, 1972, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike in the center line of Township Road 438 said
road being the public road leading f1"om Greason to the Carlisle-
Newville Road and Crossroads School, said point being also at the
